Whether immediately after commissioning your chiller or heat pump, or at a later date during the first load runs – we ensure that your system runs smoothly and is always available. Our service acts as your personal partner of excellence. This means that there is a maximum of 120 minutes between receipt of the fault report and the start of remote telephone support or service diagnosis. Because with our commissioning support, you enjoy VIP status!
How does it work? With the help of our cloud-based COOLCARE 4.0 service, we analyse your system through weekly remote connection and also respond to faults and ad hoc requests as required, for example by digitally adjusting parameters. To keep you informed, you will receive a weekly status report from us. In the event of potential deviations, we take the time to discuss these with you digitally. We also pass on our expertise to your operating personnel in online training courses. Because our commissioning support is effective – even beyond the first few weeks after commissioning.
Efficiency is our clear target. This applies both to the commissioning of our chillers and heat pumps and to regular operation. That is why we keep a close eye on the efficiency values of your systems with COOLCARE 4.0 – not only for the chillers or heat pump itself, but equally for the connected components and the overall system in which it is operating. As part of our remote start-up support, we fine-tune the system parameters for you under real conditions.
At the end of our commissioning support, an experienced service manager will hold a final meeting with you. Efficiency is, of course, a key topic here too. This means you benefit from specific recommendations for efficiency and operational reliability.
