COOLCARE 4.0 is a cloud-based service from ENGIE Refrigeration for intelligent monitoring of chillers and heat pumps. Its goal is early fault detection and improved efficiency. Two core functions:
- Data Monitoring: Captures and analyzes operational data, visualizes results, and automatically reports faults.
- Remote Access: Enables remote maintenance and fault diagnosis.
Most current systems are factory-compatible, and older units can be retrofitted. COOLCARE 4.0 works across multiple locations and solutions.
A multi-level security concept ensures data protection. Benefits include high machine availability and reduced costs.
