Our goal: to improve your machine communication in a targeted manner – through intelligent and well-thought-out machine monitoring.

  • Data monitoring: Comprehensive recording and evaluation of operating data, statuses and alarms. Visualisation via the cloud and automatic fault messages included.
  • Remote access: Efficient remote maintenance and reliable fault diagnosis – for fast responses and maximum operational reliability.

The hardware required for connection to COOLCARE 4.0 is already included ex works in most models of the current generation – for example, in our QUANTUM Water, QUANTUM Air, Spectrum Water chillers and Spectrum Water heat pumps.

Do you operate an older model? No problem – our service team will upgrade the hardware quickly and easily. This means you too can benefit from modern machine monitoring, optimised operation and greater maintenance reliability.
With COOLCARE 4.0 from ENGIE Refrigeration, you can keep an eye on your chiller or heat pump at all times – conveniently and centrally via a user-friendly online dashboard.

Whether you have a single system or a distributed system landscape, COOLCARE 4.0 really comes into its own when you have multiple machines at different locations. All relevant operating data is clearly displayed in one place. If necessary, you can access each machine immediately and respond specifically to system messages – including direct contact with the ENGIE service team.

The special added value of COOLCARE 4.0 lies in its intelligent integration with our Digital Cloud Services: your machine monitoring options thus go far beyond the conventional standard. Continuous recording and evaluation of operation-relevant machine data – such as operating times, efficiency indicators, compressor data or alarm messages – creates a high level of transparency. The data is automatically transmitted to the platform via a secure connection. Personal data remains unaffected – it is not recorded. 

Another advantage: COOLCARE 4.0 is multi-client capable. All user and group access is centrally administered by ENGIE Refrigeration. This ensures that access to the platform is always controlled and secure. Data protection is a top priority: a multi-level security concept based on the established IEC 62443 standard (Industrial communication networks – IT security for networks and systems) ensures reliable data protection and prevents unauthorised access.

COOLCARE 4.0 is a cloud-based service within ENGIE Refrigeration's Digital Cloud Services that intelligently monitors industrial chillers and heat pumps. The aim is to detect faults at an early stage and increase system efficiency.


This is achieved with two functions:
  1. COOLCARE 4.0 comprehensively records operating data, evaluates it and visualises the results via the cloud. The cloud-based service also automatically reports malfunctions.
  2. Remote maintenance and fault diagnosis are carried out via remote access.
     

Most of ENGIE Refrigeration's latest generation of chillers and heat pumps come with the necessary hardware for connection to COOLCARE 4.0 as standard. Alternatively, the service team can retrofit the systems. The cloud-based service works with multiple cooling and heating solutions at different locations.

User data protection is guaranteed throughout COOLCARE 4.0 thanks to a multi-level security concept. Other advantages include long machine availability and reduced costs.
