- Establishing the connection to COOLCARE 4.0
If your refrigeration machines or heat pumps are not yet compatible with COOLCARE 4.0, we will establish a secure connection and check the data quality.
- Proactive performance check every three months
We analyse operating behaviour, efficiency indicators and trends. We provide you with the results in a clear and understandable format.
- Discussion of results
In the event of minor deviations, a review will be conducted with ENGIE Refrigeration's Monitoring Centre. In the event of more significant anomalies, you will receive a professional assessment and advice from our service management team.
- Follow-up and implementation
If required, we will provide you with a quote for additional useful services from our service team that will further optimise the operation of your chillers and heat pumps.
