New visual for ENGIE Refrigeration: Focus on excellence in cooling and heating

ENGIE Refrigeration GmbH from Lindau on Lake Constance, Germany, is now positioning itself more strongly on the international market with its strategic orientation as a cooling and heating specialist: The product portfolio of energy-efficient chillers and heat pumps is now reflected in a new, striking corporate visual.

Already for many years, ENGIE Refrigeration has been standing for the highest competence and best quality in the field of chillers and cooling systems worldwide. The company's flagship products are the air-cooled and water-cooled QUANTUM chillers, of which more than 4,600 units are currently being operated by customers. In addition, the AMONUM, PENSUM, SPECTRUM and MARENUM chillers are convincing in a wide variety of applications worldwide. Jochen Hornung, CEO of ENGIE Refrigeration, says: "We at ENGIE Refrigeration have always stood for cooling expertise at the highest level. But what sets our company apart is that we are constantly evolving and responding to new market needs and opportunities. This is why we have greatly expanded our position in the field of heat utilization in recent years. Today, our customers benefit from heating solutions of the same outstanding quality as in the cooling sector." The strategic reorientation began in 2018, when ENGIE Refrigeration acquired the CO2 high-temperature heat pump segment with thermeco2 from Hafner-Muschler Kälte- und Klimatechnik. In 2022, ENGIE Refrigeration launched with great success the newly designed SPECTRUM Water heat pump on the international market. QUANTUM with Green Heat Recovery, PENSUM Air Reversible Heat and AMONUM with Heat Recovery complete the range in heat generation. As a result, ENGIE Refrigeration now offers a product portfolio that includes high-quality, maximum energy-efficient and sustainable chillers and heat pumps for various fields of application and for many industries.

Visual reflects excellence in cold and heat

ENGIE Refrigeration is now communicating this development outside the company with a new corporate visual: the visual harmoniously combines the symbolism for cold (snowflake) and heat (sun); the eye-catching blue-red color scheme reinforces the message. In future, it will be found on all communication materials and at all touchpoints. "At ENGIE Refrigeration, we equally live the excellence of cold and heat within the company. It is important to us to clearly show this to the outside world as well," emphasizes Jochen Hornung. "Because our claim is to set standards in the industry again and again. We accompany our customers with excellent and future-oriented solutions on their way to climate neutrality - in both the cooling and heating sectors." Further product innovations, which contribute to this strategic orientation of ENGIE Refrigeration, are already being planned.
