With our innovative Cool Care 4.0 online platform, you can always keep an eye on your chiller and heat pump – at any time, and from any location. This way, you always know exactly how well your machine is running.

The advantage is clear. With our digital cloud services, your options for optimised machine operation go far beyond what is currently possible. This is because continuous evaluations and reports improve transparency. In addition, the machine’s internal status data – from operating hours and efficiency values to energy reports and weather data – are stored and then transmitted automatically and continuously to Cool Care 4.0 via a secure connection. Data protection is our top priority here. A multilevel safety concept in line with the currently applicable standard IEC 62443 (Industrial communication networks - Network and system security), the recommendations from the BSI (the Federal Office for Information Security) and the GDPR, guarantees reliable data protection and prevents unauthorised access.

You can display these operating data for your chiller or heat pump easily and conveniently on the online dashboard. This function is especially useful if you operate multiple machines in different locations, because Cool Care 4.0 provides you with a detailed overview of all locations in one place. Depending on the authorisation level, you can connect directly to the machine and thus react to any machine messages. In addition, our platform is designed for predictive maintenance. Your machine thus requires significantly fewer on-site service deployments, and short response times cut down on system downtimes. For you, this means you benefit from fewer downtimes and an extremely high level of reliability – 365 days a year.
